Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or installed spare parts.
  • Customized or special-order machines.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
  • If the return is rejected, we will return the item back to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged during delivery.
  • Incorrectly shipped (wrong item or part).

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, before the item is shipped. After shipment, our return policy applies.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for high-value items.
