Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All major cities and towns across India.
- Remote or special delivery locations may incur additional charges or require longer delivery times.
If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders over ₹6000.00.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order on the courier’s website using the tracking ID.
Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier services such as:
- DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others depending on your location.
Delivery Attempt and Re-delivery
- Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the item to us.
- If you miss all delivery attempts, you may need to pay for re-shipping.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the package and items to help us resolve the issue quickly.
